Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management: Accountable for integrating HSE considerations into strategic planning and daily operations, and for providing the leadership and resources necessary to achieve HSE excellence.
  • Supervisors: Responsible for upholding HSE standards, setting the tone for safety leadership, and ensuring their teams are trained, equipped, and informed.
  • Employees & Contractors: Expected to take ownership of their personal safety and that of their colleagues, report hazards promptly, and follow all established HSE procedures and practices.

Implementation Strategy

We implement this policy through a robust HSE Management System that includes:
  • Alignment with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)standards.
  • Regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to drive compliance and improvement.
  • Transparent incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes.
  • Emergency preparedness and effective response systems.
  • Ongoing education, awareness, and competency development for all staff.

Policy Review & Continuous Improvement

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect new legislation, industry advancements, client expectations, and our evolving business priorities — ensuring we remain a responsible and trusted partner in the energy sector.
